Transitional Housing

Transitional Housing provides a place to call home for up to two years. Youth ages 13–21, committed youth, LGBTQ+, and those experiencing homelessness are eligible to apply for residency in this single home, which can house up to ten people.

Residents may be referred to Transitional Housing and once in the home are expected to maintain good grades and remain drug free.

A team of support is available to residents: including 24-hour staff, a licensed clinical therapist, addiction counseling, a certified chef, and tutors. InnerCity CDC provides transportation for medical appointments and assures that school-aged residents are assigned to a school.
